Everyone hates to say goodbye to summer, but jams and preserves are a great way to enjoy fresh tastes into the new season.
The best way to ease into fall is with simple and delicious jam-based drinks!
This recipe incorporates homemade Lancaster County strawberry jam.
1) Chill a martini glass.
2) Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and:
1 oz. vodka of choice
1 oz. 99 Apples liqueur
3/4 Tbsp. Strawberry Preserves
Juice of 1/4 lemon
3 oz. club soda
1) Shake vigorously & strain into chilled martini glass.
2) Garnish with thin sliced lemon wheel.

Try blueberry jam with limoncello, or apricot preserves with apricot brandy.
